Donnie Carnes Memorial Meet Recap

Posted On: April 15, 2019 Posted By: Toni McKee

In the Donnie Carnes Memorial meet this weekend, the entire team took part in the day. Having our full team as well as beautiful weather made for a fun day. As for our performance,
we saw many season bests so far and showed we can hold our own among the best in the area.

As a team, we placed 2nd (only 2.5 points behind powerhouse St. Henry) of 19 teams and it was a true team effort with points spread out among all events. Many of our athletes stepped up to sub this weekend in a pinch even when they weren’t excited about the events.
That is a true example of team.
