Spring Sports Fee – $85 per Student-Athlete (per sport)
Please note that many of the Fall Sports have practices and games/events that occur during Fall Break – please plan accordingly.
LADY CAMELS GIRLS VOLLEYBALL – 2026 Tryouts
Tryouts are for the Campbell County High School Freshman, JV and Varsity Volleyball Teams.
Dates: July 15th and 16th
Times: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Location: Campbell County High School Main Gym
Open to CCS students’ grades 8th – 12th

CHEERLEADING – 2026 Tryouts
Tryouts are for the CCHS Cheer Competition/Spirit Squad Team
Clinic Dates: April 13th, April 14th, and April 20th
Tryout Date: April 21st
Times: 6:00pm to 8:00pm

LADY CAMELS GIRLS SOCCER – 2026 Team Tryouts
TRYOUTS – three teams: Varsity, JV and Freshman
– Date: July 15th / 7:00pm-9:00pm / CCHS Grass Soccer Field
– Date: July 16th / 7:00pm-9:00pm / Reiley Elementary
Open to enrolled CCS students grades 7th-12th for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year.
Practices following Tryouts
– Practices will occur Monday through Friday for 2hrs in the evening until school starts, after which practices will be shortened and held on non-game days.
– 7th and 8th graders participating in club soccer may attend their club practice if there are conflicts.
Games
– The regular season commences on August 10th and continues for 8 weeks
– The Varsity post-season begins on October 5th
Reminder – to tryout or participate in preseason workouts, student must have submitted a valid KHSAA Physical or have one on file with CCHS Athletic Department.

Dates: July 16th / Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm / Location: CCHS Grass Soccer Field
Reminder – must have a valid KHSAA Physical in order to tryout.
Please bring cleats and gym shoes/flats to each tryout date.
There will be 3 teams: Varsity, JV, Freshmen
CCS students in 7th through 12th grade in the fall are eligible.

Location: AJ Jolly Golf Course
Note: Each player must have their own: Golf Clubs, Bag, Shoes, Alignment Sticks and Golf Push Cart (optional) – 3 to 4 practices/matches per week. Practice begins July 20th. Season ends late September, early October. Reminder – must have current updated KHSAA Physical on fine or turned in at Tryouts to participate in Tryouts.

CAMELS CROSS COUNTRY (BOYS & GIRLS) – 2026 Team Participation
Distance running in a fun and competitive atmosphere – No Experience necessary (we will start you where you are). No Tryouts.
Practice Dates: July 15th, 7:00am – 8:30am / 3-4 days per week in the summer, once school starts, everyday right after school.
Season Duration: Mid July to end of October
Reminder: Must have a valid KHSAA Physical to participate
