We know many of you are nursing sunburns from the nice weather this Saturday at the meet. Running against strong competition across the river at the LaSalle Legends Meet, the Lady Camels held their own. Finishing 4th out of 15 large schools is an amazing feat. Highlights of the day included 1st place finishes in:
Girl’s Results
4×800 M Relay of Reagor, Meiser, Florimonte, and Kavanaugh
1600 meter run: Gracie Florimonte
300 m Hurdles: Becca Cline
Other highlights: include:
100 meter hurdles– Becca Cline–2nd
800 meter run–Kayla Kavanaugh–3rd
4×400 m relay–Rust, Kavanaugh, Weinberg, Cline–3rd
We had many season best performances and exciting races for the day.
Boy’s Results
This was a great meet for our guys. Our expectations were to improve…Our team PR’d in nearly every event and was highlighted by the following athletes (all season PR’s):
3200 Meter Relay 8:46 – 3rd Place S. McGrath, J. McGrath, Rauch, Manser
800 Meter 2:06 – 4th Place S. McGrath
800 Meter 2:08 – 7th Place Corey Rauch
Long Jump 19-8.75 – 8th Place Brady Singleton
Long Jump 19-05 – N/A Cooper Ackerson
High Jump 5-08 – 8th Place Caleb Lacy
1600 Meter Relay 3:45 – 4th Place S. McGrath, Manser, Rauch, Geiman
