BOONE COUNTY JV INVITATIONAL 4/19/13

At the Boone County JV Invitational on Friday Night, the girls’ team finished 4^th and the boys’ team finished 10^th. Some of the highlights of the meet for the girls’ team were:

Emily Steele finished 4^th in the 100 meter dash
Jennah Flairty finished 4^th in the 200 meter dash
Becca Cline finished 3^rd in the 800 meter run
The 4×100 relay of Megan Franzen, Rachel Steffen, Kaylee Johnson, and Ashlee McKinzie finished 5^th
The 4×200 relay of Alex Gregory, Kristen Fischer, Erica Henry, and Alicia Setty finished 5^th
The 4×800 relay of Becca Cline, Kara Pangburn, Kaitlyn Donoghue, and Rachel Steffen finished 2^nd
Kaylee Johnson finished 6^th in shot put
Olivia Cassinelli finished first and Kaylee Johnson finished 3^rd in the discus throw

For the boys, the highlights were:

Michael Dumaine finished 6^th in the 200 meter dash
Brandon Cartwright finished 6^th in the 800 meter run
The 4×800 relay of Brandon Cartwright, Michael Dumaine, John Leopold, and Brett Torline finished 3^rd
Matt Mayer finished 2^nd in the high jump

The JV Camels are back in action Wednesday, April 24 at Dixie Heights for the Villa for Life Meet
