Summer Conditioning

Summer is nearly upon us…and you know what that means.  Football is right around the corner!

As we continue to grow the league…we are also adding opportunities to learn the sport, develop physical fitness, and HAVE FUN!

To do that…we are hosting Summer Conditioning sessions throughout the month of June.  Specifically, Coach Allen Dowds will lead fun speed and agility sessions.  Here are the details:

Dates:  June 3,5,10,12,17,19,24,26Interlocking CCs Purple

Time:  6PM-7PM

Where:  Middle School Practice fields

What:   Drills to include Stretching, dynamic warmups, speed ladder, cone drills

These sessions are FREE!  You only need to have a completed CCYFL 2014 Registration on file (registration forms will be available at these sessions).

This is going to be a lot of fun, get kids moving this summer, and develop footwork and other skills that will benefit them when football kicks off.

Registration is still open.  Get registered and come out for some fun!
