Camels 13 11 20 12 56
Mason County 6 17 22 15 60

Tonight the varsity season came to an end in heartbreaking fashion as their regional semi-final game slipped away in the final quarter.

The camels had no trouble pulling away early in the game as they would lead after the first quarter by 7. As the first half came to a close Mason County chipped away at the lead giving the camels a slim 1 point lead.

The second half would be a series of back-and-fourth as each team would take the lead, only to allow it slip away. In the closing minutes Mason County managed to build a 5 point lead, but just it is felt out of reach the camels would connect with a few quick baskets and get the game within 2 points with less than a minute remaining. But in the final moments a series of offensive miscues for the camels would seal the game for Mason County.

The leading scores in tonight’s game were Taylor Clos with 33 points followed by Kylie Kramer with 11.

Varsity put together an impressive 22-11 season. Congratulations on a great run, and exciting season.
