Varsity Advances To The District Finals

Varsity basketball won their opening round district game against Crosstown Rival Bishop Brossart tonight. The win all but makes up for the 1 point loss to Brossart all the way back at the beginning of January.
Leading scorers were Mackenzie Schwarber with 13 followed by Taylor Jolly with 12 and Kylie Kramer with 10, not the mention two huge three pointers by Brittany Fornash.
With the win, the camels advance to the KHSAA 37th District Championship game against Scott where they, like tonight, look to avenge another close regular season loss.
