In the Boys AAA regional meet this weekend, Mark Chaplin went out strong and finished in 4th place overall, breaking up the Cooper Jaguar pack. Joey McGrath took off with a hard start and held on to stay in the upper part of the race. With Kevin Lackey, Jared Neiser, Peter Glenn, Ian Franzen, and Andrew Kiddy rounding out the Camels and leading to a 4th place finish in the region. This ensures a qualifying spot for the team at the State meet next weekend in Lexington. Way to go boys!

In the girls race, Jennah Flairty adjusted her strategy this week and went out with great determination, which brought her to a 5th place finish and qualifying individually for the State meet. Anna Johnson continued her improved times and finished just 2 people away from qualifying for the state meet. Amber Valdez, Alison Wendling, Kara Pangburn, Jordan Miller, and Alicia Setty all ran well, turning in consistent times for them and ending their seasons on high notes.

The running Camels will compete at the STATE meet this weekend at the KY Horse Park.
