Congratulations to the running Camels on some great performances this weekend at the Grant County Invitational! In Lady Camel action, Jennah Flairty continued her roll toward the top of the the pack and finished 5th in a race of about 130 runners. She completed the 5K race with a personal record time of 19:32. The Lady Camels were rounded out by Amber Valdez, Kara Pangburn, Allison Wendling, and Jordan Miller.

On the boys team, Mark Chaplin ran the 5K race with a personal record time of 16:48, placing 11th in a huge field. The rest of the varsity team, Joey McGrath, Kevin Lackey, Peter Glenn, Jared Neiser, Thomas Comer and Ian Franzen rolled in some personal best times as well. With a pack that is only 1 minute and 4 seconds apart, the Camel pack looks to break through the top regional teams soon!
