The camels survive a tough opening round match up against John Hardin Wednesday night in the opening round of the KHSAA State Tournament.
It was a back-and-fourth struggle, with the camels taking a 1 point lead with under 30 seconds remaining. John Hardin got a few looks in the closing seconds, but the camels held the lead as the horn sounded.
