“Senior Spotlight” – Jake Franzen

Camel Pride recently caught up with Camel senior Jake Franzen for a little Q&A session. Jake is a 6’2″ forward for the Camels who has become the enforcer inside. #32 in your program, Jake has become one of the silent leaders of the team usually drawing the tough defensive assignment. Jake is the son of Dan and Laurie Franzen, and he has three siblings Sarah, Aubrey, and Megan. After graduating from Campbell County, Jake plans to attend the University of Cincinnati and earn his degree in finance.

CP: What is your favorite food/meal?
JF: Chicken fettuccine

CP: What is your favorite movie/TV show?
JF: The Office

CP: What is your favorite book?
JF: “Sirens of Titan”

CP: What is your favorite subject in school? Least favorite? JF: Favorite subject is Math. Least favorite is English

CP: Who is your favorite athlete?
JF: Russell Wilson

CP: Who is your favorite sports team?
JF: San Antonio Spurs

CP: Who is your favorite musician/group?
JF: Kanye West

CP: Who has been the biggest influence in your life?
JF: My Dad

CP: What is your most memorable sports memory?
JF: Beating Brossart in last year’s District finals

CP: If you could invite 3 people to dinner, who would they be?
JF: Warren Buffet, Leonardo Dicaprio, Teddy Roosevelt

CP: What goal do you want to achieve most in your life?
JF: To be the most successful person I can be.
