An early lead helped the Camels defeat Bourbon County 12-5 on Tuesday. The Camels scored on a single by Noah Brewer Rishwain in the first inning, a double by Austin Hoeh in the first inning, a single by Kyler Southerland in the second inning, a single by Brewer Rishwain in the second inning, and a single by Brady Brooks in the second inning.
Brooks took the win for Camels. He went five innings, allowing three runs on six hits and striking out four. Logan Stevenson threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.
The camels scattered 16 hits in the game. Adam Gray, Southerland, Brooks, Brewer Rishwain, Hoeh, and Gavin Peters each racked up multiple hits for camels. Southerland and Gray all had three hits to lead the Camels.
