Campbell County Camels beat St. Henry on Wednesday 10-4 in seven innings.
The teams traded runs for most of the contest, leading to five lead changes in the game.
Campbell County was led by Plessinger’s hitting. Plessinger went 3-4, drove in one and scored three runs.
Alex Franzen got the save for the Camels . He allowed one run over two innings. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered four hits.
Lars Meiman ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He allowed seven runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked five and struck out none.
Campbell County built upon its lead with two runs in the sixth. Skinner kicked things off with a single, plating Plessinger. That was followed up by Dawson Hogan‘s single, bringing home Skinner.
