Senior Day, big day not enough, as Campbell County Camels loses 10-3 to Conner

Campbell County Camels Varsity collected four hits, but Campbell County Camels Varsity fell 10-3 to Conner at Campbell County on Saturday.

Craddock recorded the win for Conner. He allowed one run over two innings. Craddock struck out two, walked none and gave up three hits.

Conner’s Ostertag, Hart, Ward and Owens combined for eight hits and eight RBIs.

Nick Sheanshang ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with the loss. He allowed nine runs in five innings, walked one and struck out three.

Conner went up for good in the first, scoring three runs on two singles.

After pushing across one run in the bottom of the second, Campbell County Camels Varsity faced just a 4-1 deficit. An RBI single by Joey Dawn set off Campbell County Camels Varsity rally. Craddock ended the inning by gettingAustin Baker to strike out.
