Camels and Highlands both had scoring chances on Wednesday, but it was the Camels that was able to capitalize on them as it pulled out a 3-2 win at Florence Freedom Field.
Highlands had eight hits compared with Camels’ five, but Highlands stranded eight runners on base.
Rob Franzen two out single led to the finish. Following a Franzen stolen base, sophomore right fielder Blake Losey finished the game with a two strike single to right field to plate the winning run.
Franzen got the win in relief for Camels, pitching two innings and allowed no runs.
