NKAC Meet Recap

Girl’s Update
In the NKAC meet on Thursday, the Lady Camels came out fighting illness, absences, and injuries. These young ladies overcame all of those obstacles for some season best performances and fought for every point. Special thanks to some athletes that exemplified the meaning of team by stepping into some roles they don’t normally fill. Overall we tied for 3rd (there was a tie for 2nd and a tie for 3rd). The night ended up being beautiful and the meet went very smooth thanks to all of our help!
Congratulations to the following Conference Champions:
- Shuttle Hurdle Relay: Cline, Weinberg, G. Kramer, E. Schumacher
- 4×800: Reagor, G. Kramer, Meiser, Kavanaugh
- High Jump: Weinberg, Rust
Boy’s Update
Last week the boys placed 4th at NKAC relay meet. The Camels were led by 2nd place finishers Caleb Lacy and Cooper Ackerson (High Jump). They were also led by 3rd place finishers Cooper Ackerson and Brady Singleton (Long Jump), 1600 Meter Relay (Cam Lacy, Geiman, Rauch, S McGrath), 6400 Meter Relay (Nor, C Slone, N Slone, Hartig), Sprint Medley (Terhar, Weimer, Cam Lacy, Geiman), and Distance Medley (S McGrath, Seiter, Nor, C Slone).
